ODM® Testing Refund Policy

For all OnDeck Measurements (ODM®)Testing events, the following Refund Policy will be in effect.  Player cancellations in excess of 7 days prior to a scheduled event for any reasons – including but not limited to personal emergency, college/school verbal commitment, schedule changes, and travel delays – will result in the payment being transferable to an other ODM® Testing events within a 12 month period. For all cancellations made inside the 7 day window but prior to the event, no refunds will be permitted and no monies will be applied to future events.

No-shows (no prior email or call) will result in players forfeit all monies and registrations cannot be transferred to another event and coupon codes will not be issued.

In the case of inclement weather that makes it impossible for an ODM® staff to complete the testing process, ODM® will make every attempt to modify the schedule to allow for completion of an adequate evaluation of all attending players.  If an event session is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, ODM® will make every attempt to reschedule the cancelled event within a reasonable time frame.  If the event cannot be rescheduled, then 50% of a player’s fee will be applied to a future event provided the future event is within 12 months of the cancelled event.

For all organizational or team testing events, a minimum of 36 participants is required. A deposit of $250 will be collected prior to any registration and is only refundable if the minimum number of participants is met. Deposit shall be forfeited if the organization/teams fails to meet the minimum participant of 36 players. Cost is incurred (travel, accommodation, merchant fees) regardless of whether or not the event takes place.  

For individuals, if a refund is honored, an administrative fee of $5 will be assessed. Monetary refunds are processed the week after the event and take 10-15 business days to process. It is the responsibility of the credit card holder to notify ODM® if the credit card used for registration is no longer valid. If a registration is made due to user error, user will be subjected to pay merchant fee.

OnDeck Measurements (ODM®) testing and numbers cannot be guaranteed during ODM® Testing Skills Camps. Players also are not guaranteed an Allister Index for any ODM® Testing events. Please call or email if you have any questions.
